Introduction
Once an immigrant petition (such as EB1A or EB2 NIW) is approved, individuals may need to undergo consular processing to obtain their immigrant visas and subsequently their green cards if they are outside the U.S.

Individuals whose immigrant petitions have been approved and who are outside the U.S. or ineligible for Adjustment of Status.
Process Details:
DS-260 Application: Complete the Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (Form DS-260).
Consular Interview: Attend an interview at a U.S. consulate or embassy.
Medical Examination: Undergo a medical examination by an approved physician.
