In October, USCIS launched an option to file Employment Authorization Document (EAD) applications as PDFs, aiming to simplify the process for eligible applicants, including those with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and asylum seekers. Attorneys and representatives currently cannot submit applications on behalf of clients through this system (Source: Mondaq).
