Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment.
After the Eligibility Window
After this 7-day period, or once substantial work has started on your case — including but not limited to profile review, document preparation, drafting, or filing activity — refunds are not available except at our sole discretion.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us in writing at info@immignis.us within 7 days of your payment, including your name, service purchased, and payment date.
Our Discretion
Immignis LLC reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to grant exceptions where appropriate, even outside the standard eligibility window.
